Research Interests: In a broad sense I am interested in the propagation of time-harmonic waves in variable media, including applications to waves in plasmas and noise propagation in an air flow. My work includes the design of high order numerical methods, the numerical analysis of the methods as well as their implementation, based both on partial differential equations and integral formulations. I have also worked on the analysis of singular solutions for plasma related problems, and more recently got involved in problems related to non axi-symmetric genus one geometries, called stellarators.
